What is a credit?

A credit covers one cent of worst-case variable cost from an agent run. Runs are classed by what they cost: light runs use 3 credits, standard runs 10, heavy runs 40. Every agent page shows its typical class. Unused monthly credits do not roll over; purchased credit packs never expire.

How does the trial work?

Every plan starts with a 7-day trial. A card is required but is not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel from the billing page in one click. During the trial you get 25% of the plan's monthly credits so you can run real agents on real tools. We email you on day 5 before anything is charged.

Why is pricing marked early access?

Prices are set from our cost research and will change as we learn what agents cost to run at scale. Early-access customers keep the price they signed up at for twelve months after any change. Changes are announced in the changelog before they take effect.

What does the Agency plan include?

Agency is $219 a month billed yearly (or $249 monthly) for the agency HQ workspace, plus $79 per client workspace a month. Each client workspace gets 700 credits, its own connections and its own approvals inbox. White-labelling, free client viewer seats and priority support are included.

Are agents priced separately?

No. Every agent in the catalogue is included in every plan it is available on. You pay for the plan and the credits its runs consume. A few specialist agents may carry an add-on in future; if so, it will be shown on the agent page before you enable it.

Can I change plan or cancel?

Yes, from the billing page at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No calls, no retention flow.

Who bills me?

Piolet is a product of ALPN Digital Ltd, which appears on your card statement and invoices. Payments are processed by Stripe. VAT is added where applicable.
