What does white-label cover?

Your logo and colours across the client-facing app, your sender name on notification emails, and a custom domain for the client login. Piolet is not mentioned anywhere a client looks unless you choose to say so.

How are client workspaces billed?

The Agency plan covers your HQ workspace. Each client workspace is $79 a month on your invoice and includes 700 credits. You charge your clients whatever you like; we never bill them.

Can clients approve work themselves?

Yes. Client viewer seats are free and unlimited. Give a client the approver role and their drafts, plans and recommendations wait in their own inbox. You see every inbox from HQ.

Do clients share connections or data?

No. Each workspace owns its OAuth connections, brand memory and run history. Agents in one client workspace cannot read another client's data, and tokens are never shared across workspaces.

Can I enable the same agent for every client at once?

From HQ you can enable an agent or a system for several client workspaces in one step, with per-client settings. Each run is still metered against the client workspace's credits.
