Terms of service

The agreement between you and ALPN Digital Ltd when you create a Piolet workspace.

Draft: needs legal review. This page is a placeholder written by the product team. It is not yet a binding document and will be replaced before general availability.

The service

Piolet provides software agents that perform marketing operations tasks inside your workspace, using tools you connect and settings you choose. Agents produce drafts, plans and recommendations. You decide what is approved. We do not guarantee any commercial outcome from using an agent.

Your responsibilities

  • You have the right to connect each tool and to let agents read and write the data they access.
  • You review outputs before approving them. Approved outputs are your content and your decision.
  • You keep your credentials secure and tell us promptly if an account is compromised.
  • You do not use agents to send unsolicited messages, scrape without permission or break a connected tool's terms.

Plans, credits and billing

Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance by ALPN Digital Ltd through Stripe. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance that resets on your billing date and does not roll over. Credit packs are one-off purchases that do not expire. Early access prices may change; existing customers keep their price for twelve months after a change is announced in the changelog.

Trial and cancellation

Every plan starts with a seven-day trial. A payment card is required and is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel first. You can cancel at any time from the billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and we do not refund partial periods.

Agencies and client workspaces

Agency customers may create client workspaces and present Piolet under their own brand. The agency remains our customer, is responsible for its clients' use of the service and for any terms between the agency and its clients.

Availability, liability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not promise uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period. We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email at least 30 days before they take effect. English law applies.
